Development & Promotion

  • We offer a structured induction programme for everyone to ensure that you feel part of Aptus as quickly as possible.
  • A one to one monthly meeting with your Line Manager for you to discuss how you feel the job is going and for you to get to know how you are doing. Development requirements can be discussed to help you perform better or progress to the next level.
  • Vacancies advertised internally (where possible) to promote staff internally.
  • Opportunities to study for externally recognised qualifications through our Further Education Policy, available after a qualifying period.

Salaries & Bonus

Salaries - We ensure our salaries are fair to attract the people we want to work with us.  For example, within our branch network a Branch Manager salary is between £22K and £29K and a Recruitment Consultant salary is between £15K and £19K.
Bonus - We have one of the most generous bonus schemes in the industry and everyone who works for Aptus is given the opportunity to earn bonus.
