The team who bought out Initial Personnel Services from Rentokil Initial, renamed the company Aptus Personnel Ltd and restructured the business into four core areas – catering, public services, driving and industrial. It now also has a building services division.
The executive team of Aptus consists of the three managers who performed the MBO.
